Cancellation Policy:

MY commitment to providing efficient and high-quality services necessitates the implementation of a clear cancellation policy. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I appreciate your understanding of the following terms:

Cancellation Policy:

  • Upon agreeing on a date and time for our services and submitting a deposit, clients have the option to cancel their booking, though no refunds will be issued for the deposit once it has been paid.

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing, such as through email or text, and received by Riley Rose at least 7 business days before the scheduled appointment to be considered valid.

  • Should cancellation occur within 7 business days of the agreed date, the full deposit amount will be retained by Riley Rose as compensation for the reserved time slot.

  • While rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability and mutual agreement, it does not entail a refund of the deposit. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Riley Rose in cases of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, provided sufficient documentation is provided. Please note that our policy strictly prohibits refunds for cancelled bookings.
