Cancellation Policy
My commitment to providing a considered and professional experience requires the implementation of a clear cancellation policy. I understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, and I appreciate your respect for the following terms:
Once a date and time have been agreed upon, a deposit—determined at my discretion—will be required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or text message) and received no later than 7 business days prior to the scheduled engagement. Cancellations made within this window will not be eligible for rescheduling, and the time will be considered forfeited.
While rescheduling may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis outside of this window, it does not constitute a refund of the original deposit. Rescheduled dates must fall within 30 days of the original appointment and are subject to availability and mutual agreement.
Exceptions may be considered at my discretion in the case of genuine emergencies, where appropriate documentation is provided. However, please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations under any circumstances.
